At Green Valley we believe that the customer comes first and pride ourselves on the approach we take to all our work and the relationship we build with our customers.

Consequently, as part of our approach we will provide you with a full written estimate of the whole deliverable for you approval.

For any landscaping a down payment of 10% of the total estimate will be required prior to commencement of the work, and the cost of any materials will be payable upon delivery. The final balance is payable when you are completely satisfied with the finished work.

At all stages we will use our experience and judgement to give you a fair and accurate price, and if any additional work is required we will provide additional estimates prior to starting work.
